Technical Process Review

The Technical Process Review is generally conducted by Thomas W. Tyl and may include other TWT teammates.  This review includes as much of the manufacturing process as mutually agreed to prior to commencement of activities.   

The Technical Process Review is a 3 to 5 day activity review which should include technical, machine and production details. The Technical Process Review results in project recommendations based on project pay-out (cost, risk, benefit), a well defined project approach with limited technical details.
