Process Review Key Benefits After completion of a Process Review, your company and TWT can share a common understanding of your process and some synergism with TWT abilities. Specific projects can be identified with cost and benefit analysis with a completion time table. Rates are charged $700 per work day and $350 per travel day. The sponsor is responsible for all appropriate travel expenses. With the exception of expenses, all payments from your company to TWT can be rebated and applied to a future contract. Potential partners are encouraged to participate in a technical process review. This confidential process results in a basis for future projects that result in significant process savings. |
