Process Review Key Benefits After completion of a Process Review, your company and TWT can share a common understanding of your process and some synergism with TWT abilities. Specific projects can be identified with cost and benefit analysis with a completion time table. Rates charged are low ($700 per day) and are waived for past customers in good standing. The sponsor is responsible for all appropriate travel expenses. With the exception of expenses, all payments from your company to TWT for a Technical Process Review can be rebated and applied to a future contract. Potential partners are encouraged to participate in a technical process review. This confidential process results in a basis for future projects that result in significant process savings. |
