On the 3rd day of September 2008 the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State awarded a business operating license to Jigsaw Thermal Technology, LLC (JTT).  Thomas is involved in directing design of strand heat treating equipment while day to day operations and engineering are handled by Jeffrey Thomas Tyl.  All manufacturing is completed in North Carolina by arguably the most experienced heat treating equipment manufacturer in the South Eastern United States, Joe Moore & Company, Inc.  Joe Moore & Company, Inc. has more than 20 years experience in strand heat treating equipment including furnaces and fluidized beds.  The advantages of utilizing JTT technology: low operating costs, eco-friendly, low energy consumption, "GREEN", easy to use equipment yielding a high quality product.

Former GCR Eurodraw SPA, Technology & Development Team Leader:  January 2008 - April 2010, The arrangement was terminated three years early by mutual agreement.  Responsibilities included all things technical within the GCR Group including equipment design, equipment manufacture and equipment and plant start-up.
