Jigsaw Thermal Technology, LLC designs, markets, manufactures and sells heat treating equipment for strand annealing (patenting), diffusion and tempering operations. JTT is different than other strand heat treating equipment suppliers; JTT engineers are equipment users and our equipment is manufactured by Joe Moore & Company, Inc., a fabricator with more than 50 years fabrication experience primarily with stainless steels and insulating materials. JTT has 20 years hands-on experience running, maintaining and designing heat treating equipment for the manufacture of steel tire cord, mostly for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. JTT has incorporated energy saving designs into all equipment, lowered emissions, eliminated maintenance issues and designed equipment for ease of the equipment operator and not the equipment designer. The corporate goal of Jigsaw Thermal Technology LLC is to advance "Green" heat treating technology for the manufacture of steel tire cord, bead wire and other strand annealed products while focusing on customer satisfaction, sincerity, truthfulness, fairness, with an open lines of communication. One activity to satisfy this goal is to use new energy efficient heat treating technology for the manufacture of steel tire cord and bead wire; we can offer heat treating technology that is superior in its efficiency with lower emissions than any similar heat treating technology on the market. In January 2008, GCR Eurodraw S.p.A. and Tire Wire Technology, LLC signed a long term technical support contract. For the foreseeable future, TWT will support the GCR Eurodraw Team as the Technology & Product Development Team Leader. TWT will participate as GCR’s Technology Leader for technical supervision services of manufacturing technology, technological and technical assistance for start-up, commissioning and operation of plants, machinery and equipment for production of Steel Tire Cord & Bead Wire, Steel Hose & Music Wire and other steel wire products as requested by GCR Eurodraw. TWT services may also include technical lessons and training of personnel at GCR and/or on site, after-sale technological assistance to GCR’s customers as well as technical and technological assistance for offer preparation and during commercial negotiations. Development of Liquid Quenchant Fluidized Bed Technology (LQF) has continued at a dazzling pace. In 2009 we installed an industrial LQF unit for a major steel tire cord manufacturer that uses the equipment to manufacture steel tire cord, hose wire and saw wire. We look forward to continue installation of as LQF units across the globe and are currently working with three major steel tire cord manufacturers. Tire Wire Technology, LLC is a technology leader in the development of new techniques and processes for the manufacture of drawn steel products, particularly steel tire cord and bead wire.
